Shipping Policies:

Once the payment is cleared, we process the order within 24 hours in the weekdays and within 48 hours in the weekend.

All orders will be shipped via one of the following shipping methods:
Ø USPS First Class Mail
Ø USPS Priority Mail
Ø FedEx Ground
Ø FedEx Express Saver
Ø FedEx 3-day

We decide which shipping method to be used, as long as the package arrives within the following promised time range:
Ø 48 US Continental States: 5 business days after shipped (5 to 7 after payment)
Ø HI, AK and PR: 8 business days after shipped (8 to 10 after payment)
Ø VI and GU: 10 business days after shipped (10 to 12 after payment)
Ø AA, AE and AP: unable to determine, due to the nature of the military postal service system.

Buyer has no option on choosing the shipping method. We decide the method.

Tracking number will be sent to buyer via email (does not apply to orders with military addresses).

Most packages will be delivered without buyer's signature, and left in/at the following location without any notice:
Ø buyer's mailbox,
Ø buyer's door step,
Ø buyer's back yard/door,
Ø buyer's front desk, or
Ø buyer's apartment office.

Once buyer is notified of shipment, buyer must pay attention to the locations above at all time. We are not responsible for any of the situations below:
Ø Package is stolen from the locations above, after delivery.
Ø Package is damaged by any mean in/at the locations above, after delivery.

If for any reason the package is returned to us by the carrier, we will treat the order as a return order and process it in accordance with our Return/Exchange Policies.

To reduce our costs and bring the lowest prices possible, we do not include any packing slip or invoice in the package, even if buyer asked so.

Local pickup is not allowed.
