Do you combine shipping?

You will get $1.00 off for S&H of each additional items purchased. If you buy 5 or over, we can give you better S&H rate. Please email us for the quote.

What is the Payment Policy?

After the buyer bid/buy an auction, we expect that the buyers make a payment within 5 days. If the buyer doesn't pay for the payment within the next 14 days, the buyer will receive 3 payment remainders. If the buyer has not paid it on the 15th day, we will file an UNPAID ITEM DISPUTE on Ebay. (http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/unpaid- item.html)

How to check out?

After the buyers bid on an item, they can use our checkout tool--Marketworks to make a payment. Through Marketworks, the buyer can choose the payment methods. If the buyers do not feel comfortable to use the check-out tool, please log in your Paypal account, click send money, enter the item number of the auction, our email address, and submit it.

What are Accepted Payment Methods?

• PayPal
• Money Order or Certified Check
• Personal Check (Shipment will be held until payment clears)
• Cash (At buyer's own risk )

All payments must be made in US dollar (US currency).

Do you ship internationally?

We occasionally ship overseas depending on the item, but the international (non-Canada) bidder must get permit from us before bidding. Otherwise, the auction might be cancelled and the bidder must pay the cancellation fee. No returns/exchange apply to the international buyers.

If buyer wants to cancel the auction, how to process it?

If a buyer dislikes completing the transaction, they must notify us within 14 days after bidding. After receiving our approval, the buyer must pay us $1.5-$3.00 cancellation fee for each item depending on the buy now price of the item. When the cancellation fee is paid, we will cancel the auction immediately and we will not open the UNPAID ITEM DISPUTE on Ebay, the buyer will not receive the negative feedback from us.
